DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

1. Eligibility:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective product.

2. Resolution:
Depending on the issue, we will offer a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
