Authorized User & Class Use Agreement

Your purchase includes a license for one (1) authorized user only. This license is personal to the purchaser and may not be shared, transferred, assigned, or used by any other individual. Your login credentials are for your use only and may not be shared with family members, friends, teammates, coworkers, or any other person.

The LC BBQ Online Competition Class, the LC BBQ™ name and branding, and all course materials—including videos, audio, graphics, photographs, written materials, presentations, recipes, techniques, and other content—are protected by trademark, copyright, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Strictly Prohibited Actions

• Sharing your username or password.
• Allowing another person to access the course using your account.
• Recording, downloading, screen recording, photographing, copying, reproducing, or distributing any portion of the course.
• Uploading any course content to websites, cloud storage, social media, file-sharing services, or AI platforms.
• Selling, sublicensing, or redistributing any course content in any form.
• Using any portion of this course to create, teach, or market another competition barbecue class without the express written permission of LC BBQ.

LC BBQ actively monitors for unauthorized account sharing and misuse. Accounts determined to be in violation of these terms may be suspended or permanently revoked without refund.

By purchasing and accessing this course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms. LC BBQ reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law to protect its intellectual property.
